Currently testing a new 3D editing mode for BS Engine. The normal top-down 2D editor is still staying in place, but now you can switch over to a live 3D view of the same map to move around the level and edit it from inside the scene. The goal is to make things like lighting, geometry, floor heights, doors, decorations and general level layout much easier to judge without constantly jumping in and out of Playtest. It’s still early and very much in testing, but the basic 2D/3D workflow is already working.
